Worship
Worship is alive at Grant Memorial. Each Sunday we gather to share praise and thanksgiving, to hear God's Word, and to grow in our faith journey. A big part of that celebration is music. From the youngest to the oldest, there is an opportunity for everyone to be involved.
The Chancel Choir is an exciting part of the ministry at Grant Memorial. Under the direction of Dan Ladner, the choir performs a variety of traditional and contemporary music both Sunday mornings and for special services. The choir rehearses Thursday evenings, and is open to all who have a desire to make a joyful noise to the Lord. No Audition is required, and singers of all experience levels are invited to be a part of this ministry.
Our Bell Choir performs at Christmas, Easter, and other times during the church year. They have also taken their music to the local nursing home to help share the Good News of Christ in their own special way. Some basic musical knowledge is required to ring bells, but those new to the art are always welcome.
